PADI recommends following this program if you have not dived for six months or more. After a while you will lose the correct performance of skills, such as trimming or connecting a compressed air set correctly.

 

The program consists of two parts, a knowledge repeat and a repeat of the diving skills. The most important skills will be practiced in a swimming pool dive.

 

If you want, you can also do an outdoor dive under supervision.

This outdoor water dive offers the opportunity to view the surroundings together with a PADI instructor.

 

Afterwards, a note is made by the instructor in your logbook so that you can enjoy the underwater world with confidence and with great pleasure.
